Health Providers Choice (HPC) Rewards is a program that sets us apart from other agencies in the market. Through HPC Rewards, active employees earn gifts – everything from jewelry and electronics to kitchenware and home products. Employees earn points in a variety of different ways, for example, through contract extensions, referring a candidate to HPC, or perfect attendance. Collecting points is easy – they will automatically accumulate in an online bank as they are earned. These points can then be easily redeemed for a gift of your choice in the online rewards catalog at any time during your contract.

HPC Rewards was implemented to recognize our employees for their loyalty and excellence. We are passionate about our Guiding Principles of Quality, Longevity, Teamwork, Gratitude, Professionalism, and Integrity. It is our goal to reward HPC team members who consistently serve as an example of these Guiding Principles.

All active employees receive a username and password for their online HPC Rewards profile. They can sign on to the HPC Rewards website to access their account information, review and redeem points, and browse the rewards catalogue. All points earned are updated and posted to your account within 5 to 10 business days of being awarded.
